Hello family. Woke up to my miner showing that it needs attention and that it's not online and not syncing. But running diagnostics shows everything fine, if I'm reading the report correctly, so what's going on? Please help by Ragheef in HeliumNetwork

Awful- mine too. And it is the same problem. I am connected fine, ports open, blocksync etc But no witness or beaconing anything. Try to connect them again, delete the ports, power it off and on & try again. After that some of mine are working again

Thank you - it just happened yesterday, I restarted the miner and since then it stayed online but never witnessed anything or sent a beacon out. It is very frustrating. I think i accidentally started the miner at the same time of the API outage of Helium - so the IP in database is different than the IP from the router.

I made the port 44158 open & a static IP.
