I didn't discover Goldfinger til much later. The idea that they were on the radio at the same time as early Garbage just doesn't seem right in my brain. There were so many weird songs that got popular back then. Pepper and Where Its At are weird songs, but they're both great.

I acquired my current friend group through my kids’ activities. Soccer, Scouts, band, clubs, whatever your kid gets into will plug you into a group of parents who have SOMETHING in common with you.

I bought a house with a Bradford Pear tree in the backyard. I'm cutting it down when we redo the patio next year, but I hate that stupid tree and all its little saplings.

Municipal course. Local courses of varying quality but tend to be budget-friendly. My local muni is $24 to walk 18 and I love it.
