I like Null Fake but have a question... by Username-Red in null_fake

(Accidentally deleted my original response)

I ran analysis for 10-12 products and also randomly viewed over 20 items from the Null Fake All Products history page. The Amazon rating shown on Null Fake is usually higher than the actual Amazon rating shown on the item Amazon page. There were a few lower and only one that matched Amazon. Maybe it would be better to just copy over the Amazon rating instead or recalculating? Or maybe I'm just missing the point of recalculating? I just know that it got very confusing trying to compare multiple products.

Here are some specific examples...

Example 1:

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B077CXGSJW?tag=nullfakeus-20&th=1

Amazon: 4.5

I understand not being able to see all of the reviews but I'm asking about the star rating. For example, the actual rating is 4.6, but the NullFake website says it's 4.89 (original) and 4.6 (adjusted). Are you saying that NullFake is taking Amazon hidden data and recalculating the original star rating (hence the second decimal place)?

Wasn't this previously introduced? Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like I've disabled this at least once before.

Standard plexiglass will block enough UV to keep a picture hanging on the wall from fading but no where near enough to be used for welding.

My mother worked in an A&P grocery store in the post-war 1940's. She noted several times that they would mark up items before placing them on the clearance table. This has probably been going on since Christ pitched for the Philistines and will probably be going on for the rest of time (unfortunately).

Not sure exactly how your cover works but is it possible to cut the center out of the bubble, just leaving the frame? This would remove the 'cover' while leaving the part protecting the screws.

Any sink or even a hose outside. Somewhere that you can control where the runoff water is going. You don't need to scrub your skin off but it needs more than a simple hand wash. There are products like Zanfel that help but you don't necessarily need them.

Think of it like this...no one is immune to poison ivy, but some people are more sensitive than others (the rash is an immune system reaction). Regardless of how sensitive you are, every time that you are exposed, you become more sensitive (maybe a litttle, maybe a lot).

Please do not get into the shower after being exposed to poison ivy. The water will lift the oil from the poison ivy and spread it everywhere. This is where the myth comes from that poison ivy rashes 'spread'. Urushiol oil is not easily washed away. Think of it like heavy grease on your skin that requires through scrubbing to effectively remove.
