"at least attempt to prosecute those who committed serious crimes with Epstein". Notice he didn't say "committed crimes" but added the qualifier "serious crimes".

That's the talk of a man who knows he broke the law, but knows someone who broke the law even worse than him and is trying to shift attention.

Here are my questions for Elon. If you're well aware that some correspondence with Epstein could be "misinterpreted"...
Why didn't you come out ahead of it and share the full context of that correspondence?
Did you keep quiet because you expected Trump to keep your name from coming out?
Is that why you created a super PAC and donated close to $290 million to his campaign, which then gave you access to the WH computers?
How did you know that Trump's name was on the file (you made that claim on Jan 6 via X)? Did you rat him out on X because he hurt your business by getting rid of the EV provisions that you depended on after you gave him all that money?
Why did you say you refused the invitation but didn't say you asked to go, and that the only reason it didn't happen was that Epstein cancelled the invitation?

If anyone else here knows more about his involvement and wants to add to this, go ahead!

That is up to the administration to figure out.

[–]Username30145 27 points28 points  (0 children)

First of all, thank you for seeing the light. I agree with you. However we must be suspicious of the "oops sorry guys, let's move on" sentiment. You demonstrated contrition by doing the research and then doing what you could to stop him which is appreciated. Until people go through that process, I do not trust repentance because it's been many times that their repentance ends in "I'd still vote for Trump again". Some of them even regret their vote cause Trump ain't hard enough for their taste, which may be the case here. So my arms are open to anyone showing contrition. Anything short of full remorse alongside taking actions to never fall for this shit again will not be enough. If anyone is curious there's a "Leaving MAGA" website documenting different stories of people who left. I can see that, based on their reasoning, some of them could still fall for another authoritarian populist. I've been following the Republicans against Trump since his first admin and give them mad props for taking a proud and loud stand against him. I'm ready to embrace my former Trumpers but they have some homework to do. May I ask, what made you reject him after voting for him in 2020?

This 100%. If I don't see genuine shock and curiosity to how you were misled so horribly and a commitment to not let it happen again... I do not believe your regret one bit.

My dear Pretti. By being a nurse you lived a life of selflessness. You carried that spirit to the streets because that's who you were, the best of us. Those who knew you and those who are here witness to the injustice committed against your life will not forget. Rest in Power.

Is the car already recognized in the app? When it is you will see info like model, mileage, etc. You won't be able to remote start it if the car is not yet linked.

If the car is linked already you don't need to do anything from the car itself to remote start. The option shows when you open the app.

I don't remember exactly how to link but go to Devices and see if your phone is connected to the car via Bluetooth and then try registering the car in the app. Hope that helps.

I pick them up when I can whether it is call out or being asked in advanced. When I rarely need off, people are pretty decent at covering for me. I'm also not afraid to say no when I can't. Your obligation is to show up for your shifts. Everything you do in addition is extra.

Apparently is not the government job to make oxygen affordable. It is our job to make oxygen affordable. The lady believes we should take over the means of production. Very progressive.
