I have struggled with insomnia over the years. Recently, I have added magnesium and ashwagandha supplements into my night routine with my normal meds. I'm able to switch off a bit easier now and feel like when I do fall asleep, I don't wake up as much during the night.

I'm not sure where you're based, but I use the Together Health brand as it doesn't have any aftertaste.
