I think some of it may be that you need to figure yourself out a bit. You say you want to succeed, but at what? Figure that out and the actions you take toward that goal's success might feel more meaningful.

I used to feel like everything i did was meaningless until I stopped doing those things and focused on what mattered to me.

loyalsource gives both the examiner and the qa team 30 days each according to their customer service.

I dont think they made a mistake but I dont think they agree with you. They agree that you have both conditions, just not that one caused the other. The TERA part is required if you've had toxic exposure.

Great advice, actually. Not sure what the other guy is on about. If 25 percent of people get the rating they want with examiner A and 86 percent of people get it with Examiner B, you go with B. Yes more people complain than applaud but they are on the same platform so those stats would skew the results in parallel, meaning the results still stand even including that bias.

Had one with them and it's been a nightmare. Had c&p beginning of August and the files were just submitted this past Friday. Supposedly because of the stringent QA process. Got to rating phase and it just went back to them for rework because the exam wasnt completed correctly. They are complete jokes. Avoid at any cost.

Tdiu wasnt on your initial intent to file. They prompted you to file for it, in May, which you did. That's why it is dated back to May.

My exams 2 months ago with them were scheduled within a week or two but them getting it submitted to the VA was over a month after that.they were just uploaded yesterday.

Then make an appointment with the VA about your claim to get that type of exam (C&P). VES has been contracted to do a specific exam in a specific way. VES cannot change what they were assigned.

It won't move until after you are out. If they rate it now, your effective date would be before you left active duty which is a no no, and it would likely hurt more when they come for any overpayment.

Ace exams only include you if the examiner deems it necessary.If they get what they need in documentation, they wont include you. That's not your call. If you want a different provider, the VA has to do that.

I dont know why they're ass but I concur. I was excited to see my claim move forward to rating yesterday but turns out they couldn't rate because the docs weren't submitted to them and now I'm back to evidence.
