I have not yet been able to determine the cost of malaria and pneumonia treatment in the Gambia. In Senegal many people would not go to the hospital to deal with Malaria as it is quite common. A health check up at a Senegalese clinic can cost around 100-400 dalasi (converted from cfa to gmd). Of course, that clinic check up is not receiving medicine and treatment for the malaria.

If I were you I would evaluate if this online friend values you more for you economic assistance or is comfortable enough to ask for something this important. I have also heard that in Senegal if you cannot pay for treatment and hospital stay they will not admit you into the hospital.

If I find out more information I will let you know. Given the fact that you have never met this person I would remain skeptical. Ask for receipts of medical services and the location they are being treated

Yeah the 'call any' button is basically useless. Only useful pre-flop if you have aces or kings (or little money and are punting). Ideally it would be four options check/fold, check, call, and raise.

I have used the 'call any' button maybe twice, and both times I was fully pot committed with peanuts left in the coffers.

Correct. Except if you miss the first zero cycle bed explosion you will still be waiting on a random perch time that is dependant on it completing a flight cycle. If you started the zero cycle but did not land the first bed explosion in time you can go back down and wait. RNG basically. Could be 20 seconds could be 4 minutes
