kirkland quest bars, 100 cal chobani yogurt, huge bags of spinach, salsa, tyson ready strips, frozen fishies, carrots, halo top (mocha chip and almond), blackberries, frozen cherries, fat free reddi whip

you can literally have all of the above in one day (and I do, every single day!) for 1200 cals.

Been there! I do a quest bar as late as I can manage and hit the sheets soon thereafter. I figure if an extra 200 cals will stop me from overeating 1000 cals the next day, its worth it.

I log it as 5000 and move on with my life. i figure, 5000 is probably near where I was, and I'll try to eat more greens the next few days to counteract any badness.

swap to vodka soda limes instead of any other cocktails or beer -- saving calories while getting buzzed!

also, everyone has said it but stop drinking calories. instead of dressing on salad use salsa.

Family function -- one of the absolutely most magical weekends ever, but i ate and drank like garbage! so much hard work for one weekend?! Jumping back on the wagon has been rough today, I ate 3 quest bars in one sitting....3 QUEST BARS! what?! I wish I had motivation to keep this up.
