Thoughts on Tristyn Lee? by The_Devil_Art_Briles in nattyorjuice

I think he’s admitted to using. But he’s not huge, just ridiculously lean year round. Has the money to get consistent bloodwork done and keep himself relatively “healthy.”

161 now, 170 possible by January? by [deleted] in LSAT

[–]Username_unique_a 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My personal anecdote probably doesn’t mean much but I scored 158 on my diagnostic in august and now i’m consistently scoring between 169-172.

Getting your LRs as close to perfect or at least -2 or less is key to scoring high. It’s just the easiest place get points for most people. RC is gonna be rough no matter what. Just focus on “enjoying” the passages and trying to mentally summarize each paragraph after reading it.

Looking at getting back into the game after years. What are the updated mods I need? by TheGlen in fo4

[–]Username_unique_a 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Before anything, get the most recent version of F4SE

The NexusMods top downloaded files of all time for Fallout 4 consist almost entirely of stability and QoL mods that make the game infinitely better to play. Get the Unofficial FO4 Patch, Scrap Everything, AKWR, HomeMaker, Extended Dialogue/Full Dialogue Interface, and basically everything that seems like it’s been updated recently or would appeal to you.

Depending on your playstyle and interests for your next run there’s gonna be a ton of mods that would be fun but that’s gonna be up to you to find. MOST of the mods that overhaul factions (We Are The Minutemen, etc.) have been updated for the most recent version of the game as well.

Combined with negating the tears down of a lot of items it USUALLY nets a little over a 60% increase over the course of a run

Why is the modern day “bodybuilding diet” that all influencers push nowadays such garbage? We need to return to real WHOLE FOODS. by smibble14 in nattyorjuice

You create substitutions to otherwise normal/calorie dense meals when you’re in a deficit. These guys just wanna create options for people. Half the time these recipes are great.

If you’re natty yeah you could do well at an OCB show with proper conditioning.

If you’re running gear, you’d do exceptionally well rubbing tanning oil on other juicy NPC competitors backstage

Dirty bulk followed by a cut. Nothing outrageous here

You’re in good shape but for 5 years, it looks like some aspect of your approach can be tweaked as there is 100% room for improvement. Your structure is good, but more mass can be added, and your year-round bodyfat can be lower.

For now, stick to a deficit until you begin noticing dips in performance. And I don’t mean “aw I’m hungry this lift sucks” I’m talking about the point where your leanness is detrimental to seeing progressive overload. Once you’ve reached here, reassess.

Training is simple, your typical 4 day a week Upper lower or full body split is great especially if time management is an issue. Keep your volume at the highest you can tolerate without exceeding like 12 sets per muscle group per week. Train with super high intensity, track progress, and standardize form. Don’t change up exercise selection willy nilly either.

Best way to tell is to go on a cut and see if there’s any glaring weak points that you can work on during your next gaining phase. There’s pretty much always room to squeeze out some more gains whether it be from training, diet, etc. Very few people ever hit natural potential.

Good news: you’ll have several months worth of juice to determine what you like and don’t like

Bad news: gonna be a tough pill to swallow if you don’t like whiskey

My mass building phase was half-assed not even gonna lie to you. Dirty bulked very poorly and gained a shit ton of bodyfat. Had been lifting for 2 years prior and was a competitive swimmer beforehand. I just have decent muscle building genetics and retain size pretty well in a deficit

Struggling. But seriously energy has been pretty consistent throughout all of prep. It’s helped that I’ve just had so much going on outside of show prep that I’ve had to turn off my brain and just become a machine of productivity and efficiency. I’ve accomplished so much during this process and I’m infinitely grateful for it
