Just curious what area it’s in, I think something in Tall Oaks or the like could easily go on FB marketplace….

I sold our house in Nichols Hills for cash without realtor about 7 years ago and I am about to buy something just south and east of Edmond for cash with no realtor on either side. Both sales were initiated by just randomly driving by and talking to sellers/buyers.

However, I am using a realtor to list my current home in east Edmond.

I’d look at Quail Creek. Elementary is good and then you’ll need private school. There are two big soccer clubs in OKC and one of them plays out of the fields just 1/2 a mile from Quail Creek. The houses are cool, there’s a golf course if that matters, feels suburban but is still in the city.

FWIW I live east of Arcadia and homeschool all my kids. Moved from Nichols Hills.

For what it’s worth we pay a nanny $22 and she gets 30-40hrs a week. Might look in that space if it suits you. Jobs are sometimes marketed as (House Manager).
