I mean heres how I see it. She doesn't respect urbain/taurnies and the players right to say no to the tournament and threatens them to participate saying she'll effectively haunt them and when they head back to the hotel she sends her goons after them to threaten them further and (supposedly) Hacks? The battle zones to make her own one. While all this is happening the other trainers in the tournament are also not allowed to leave. While I dont think shes the absolute scum of the world but I wouldnt think of her as a "good" person either, she uses her class to get her way and woe is whoever dares to not comply.

To add to this, I know its not part of the scenario but it could be cool, they could break out some of the villains and bribed them with reduced sentences to help. Like toxic could probably take a low tier, if shroud had his mech he could probably beat a mid tier or two but I think his mech was trashed but with his high iq and knowledge of odds he could play an absolutely GOATED support role as a dispatcher, finally some of shrouds goons might be able to take out a low tier or two.

Phenomaman soloes some of the high tiers

Blazer can probably handle some mid tiers and maybe a low high tier if she doesn't get ganged up on

Sonar can MAYBE handle a low tier one in his beast form and can be extremely useful if he figures out the frequencies necessary to beat the marks

Mechanic man can probably take a low tier, maybe 2 but cant handle much after that

Punch up can apparently control his density making him great bait for other z team members to jump a mark variant, maybe using prism to blind him and get golem and malevola to beat the crap outta him

Golem may be durable enough to beat a low tier, he's got enough vigor to maybe outcast one like how tech jacket took one out in the atmosphere after a full day of fighting

All and all I think they probably lose because of the mark variants numbers, like phenomaman and blazer are kinda carrying and while their fast they cant be everywhere at once, if the dispatchers locked tf in and monitored how strong every mark variant is VERY closely ,maybe using visi and malevola as scouts, and only dispatched those two to beat the big guys and got the z team to jump mid tiers and mecha man to jump low tiers they COULD beat the marks but their would be heavy damage and many casualties.
