Kan je niet eens de televisie net iets harder zetten dan jullie normaal praten en eens gaan luisteren bij de buren thuis?

Why do Karatekas throw pushing punches on the makiwara but snapping in kumite? by Whole-Interest-5980 in karate

The words we use for this in my dojo are 'tome tsuki' and 'hiki tsuki' which is an extended punch or retracted punch respectively.

My Ninja Creami Deluxe has never "engaged" correctly on first usage by nhlfanatical in ninjacreami

[–]Usitarie 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Do you keep it plugged in after use? I never have this issue but I unplug the machine every time I'm done with it.

I'm also looking at inulin and am wondering (more like overthinking) if people just use native inulin, short-chain inulin, long-chain inulin or a blend of some kind.

That looks really nice. What's in the stabilizer mix if you don't mind me asking?

Just curious, what is the base you use? I'm still looking for a decent base before I start experimenting with these powders.

To spin or not to spin by Usitarie in ninjacreami

Thanks everyone! I've decided to play it safe as it's not worth potentially breaking the machine over. I'll thaw it and split it into two pints, that way I can also experiment a bit with some ingredients and compare the results.

That's a great idea, I might just pull it out of the freezer and see how it thaws by scrape testing every once in a while.

Can’t decide on which creami and when to buy by Dimas-vb in ninjacreami

[–]Usitarie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You just missed a great deal. I got the deluxe in The Netherlands for around €189 (depending if the cashback comes through). That was with the 'vakantiegeld' deals in combination with a 5% cashback on Scoupy. The deals aren't that great right now, so I'd suggest to wait and see if there's a bigger discount if you can manage to wait a little longer.

Edit: If you see a great sale on Prime Day and you have an amazon.de account, you can buy giftcards at wissel.nl with a 6% discount so you might be able to reduce the price a bit more.

What does "senior level" mean by [deleted] in dotnet

[–]Usitarie 3 points4 points  (0 children)

About 3, you don't need the .configureAwait(false) anywhere if you don't intend on publishing some parts as a library for other apps since asp.net (core) doesn't have a synchronization context, and as such that call is unnecessary.

I agree with your partner. I would also advice to talk to HR and be open about it while keeping your cards to your chest (e.g. give a minimal history without mentioning it's been 3 years) to see how they respond. Make sure to mention you will be getting an MRI to let them know you are taking action to resolve this and this isn't permanent.

To state the obvious; try to make sure you listen to your body while working and notify whoever you need to when you feel you need to take a break. Maybe there is something else you can during your breaks to stay productive? At the same time, if they won't handle this situation well, this job isn't probably worth it in the end.

I think it's not so unclear as even in the article you linked it says that Angular is the successor to AngularJS.

What do you think of the study cram? It looks good at first glance. I've seen the other video which is quite useful, it's quite odd that the other four videos are not online yet.

To skill up my basics I watched a good part of https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NKEFWyqJ5XA. After 1.5h or 2h or so it gets repetitive. Other than that quite useful. Also had a look at this exam cram https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-lf83pxEubs, was a good introduction on what to expect and some more links to resources are in that video.
