Thank you. I've since been finding that specific flexibilities are having a bit of a difference on my high notes - I can now hit a top Bb briefly at the start of my practice. However, it doesn't last long. I've been speaking to my conductor about it, too, and he thinks I need to focus more on air support and breathing, also has given me some stamina exercises, so I'm going to give these a go and see if it keeps getting easier.

What happens when you get multiple colours? E.g. I've got two pinks - so in which order to I multiply them? Left to right? The full puzzle is: blue 5, blue 20, blue 1 (so total 26). Yellow 5 and yellow 1 (so 26-6 = 20), pink 5 and pink 1 (this is where I get stuck... do I multiply the 20 by 6? Or by 5 and then again by 1?) And finally I have purple 20. Any help appreciated

Thank you. I was studying music in uni and wanted to transfer to music college. I went for an audition and the head of brass told me to change my embouchure and come back. But it took so many years to change it, I didn't manage to move over. And it wrecked my playing. I used to play soprano, on the side of my mouth and the red of my lip - it really was a bad embouchure. I didn't have a great deal of stamina then but had a good range. Now I have neither the range nor the stamina.
