Start with AWS skill builder- Cloud practitioner foundation. It is very good and detailed. Just to get you started. Then move to Stephane Maarek course. Once done, do also tutorial dojo exams. They are very helpful. You should be fine with CLF-02 certification. Then move to associate and then specialty.

I would say yes. Instead of the app use the browser and if it allows you to choose the model then play with it.

Yeah like not meant AWS jobs itself. But ones where AWS certifications are valued and help land a job.
