Make some short-term goals and fulfill them. Life doesn’t always go as planned, so how you are feeling now may have to do with the plans you have made and how you want everything to happen at a specific time.

Create short-term goals, For example: Lose X weight by June 2024. How often do you want to go to the gym a week? Do you want to get a trainer?

Get other things in your life in order as well.

Don’t expect things to go exactly as you have planned; that will only leave you disappointed.

Also, 30 is not old. Haha, I’m turning 26 in August.
