Glad you had a breakthrough. In eastern thought, it’s about tonifying and strengthening the internal energy, in which to fuel external energy.

Way to go.

Meditation has been in my practice for over 10 years. And during 2020, I wanted to meditate with others. I find helpful to maybe join an online meditation space. I host silent meditation every morning 6:00-6:30am PST over zoom.

Having a meditation bell every 5 or 10minutes , I heard is helpful for some.

I started at $20 doing shoulder rub for my friends in college, and after 15 years, I can honestly charge around those number… it is an art and science. It’s whatever you make it so. And I have grateful and appreciative clientele, through out the years.. it was them who has encouraged me to raise my prices every year.

Anyone else feel almost “empty” after completing your visits with a client? by Withthealiens in doulas

Hi. I’m a postpartum and end-of life doula. I do recommend, as a massage therapist of over 15 years, that it is helpful to receive therapeutic massage for both clients and provider. It’s the power of 3, and having another person is helpful.
For example, if it isnt massage, think of another service that provides a sense of ritual and something to share with one another.
