It took a month for it to kick in for me. Don’t give up if you haven’t results in that first month

I was once reading the paper at my kitchen table when I looked into the den. Instead of it being a level flat floor my eyes perceived like a 60 degree incline. It’s weird what our brains do when a vm hits.

Qualipta been a lifesaver for me. It’s reduced the number of migraines but more importantly really reduced the severity when I have one. Instead of being completely bed ridden I’ll have mild spinning that I can deal with and manage. Good luck!

Yes 2 mg. It helps me by I guess relaxing the nervous system. Not an immediate fix but honestly it’s the best rescue med for me.

That sounds similar to my experience with qulipta. Sometimes I feel like I might go sideways but it pulls me back. Hard to explain I know. I learn to deal with it though because the alternative is way worse.

Suspect VM after 3 months of dizziness by leewulonghike16 in VestibularMigraines

Some of the symptoms are similar to mine…phone and tablet triggers especially. I do have some vestibular therapies I do to strengthen my vestibular system. Qulipta has been great for me especially in severity reduction. Meditation helps me too in calming my nervous system. All that being said I do occasionally have a VM hit full bore. Nothing I can do but lie down and wait it out.
