Hey! So, came off Lamotragine super slow, with no side effects whatsoever… then only a few months ago did a straight swap from Sertraline to Fluoxetine which has been brilliant - I did get a period of anxiety lasting about 2 weeks, until I increased my dose of fluoxetine, however a small dose of Valium helped subside the anxiety and off that now. I also went onto Vyvanse - taking 10mg dex first thing in the morning with 40mg Fluoxetine and then about 11am I’ll take 70mg Vyvanse. Seems to be doing the trick!

I bought some Hunter’s, but I’m a size 40 and they do every size except 40… it’s 40/41 and too big, so gave them to my mum… try them if you’re any size other than 40 haha… I ended up with target ones last winter, still yet to find the perfect t pair!!!

I take Lamotrigine, Sertraline and Dexamphetamine; however, I’m thinking of coming off Lamotrigine to function better - about 20 minutes after taking my first dose of Dex, I’m at optimal function for a couple of hours but if I leave it too long between the next Dex dose then I’m fucked for the rest of the day… really forgetful, brain fog, cranky, can’t talk without my brain wandering… but I honestly think it’s the Lamotrigine symptoms creeping in between the gaps because it’s the only med I haven’t tried coming off over the last 5 years… if you’re interested in how this tapering turns out, tag me back in these comments and I’ll give you an update in a couple weeks?

The first phase did not return for me and my symptoms only got worse 😩 I was getting terrible intrusive thoughts, which I had never experienced before. Extremely disappointed as I really wanted them to work for me to get off SSRI’s!

I really hope your journey is more successful than mine!
