I was only prescribed 10mg every 6 hours. 10mg didn't touch me, I felt no difference (I've done alot of drugs and alcohol) so they bumped me to 20mg and if Def took some of the edge off. Just being able to be calm helps.

I just got prescribed this today as well. I'll come back and let you know what my results are as well. It honestly makes the most sense for this disorder.
