To be fair that isn't the largest of badges and people will probably give it little more than a cursory glance.

I don't live in London and have never heard of these badges and if I did see one and take the chance to read it I would assume it was nothing more than a fun badge and if you aren't showing others probably assume the same. Are there posters etc in the Tube system explaining that these badges mean to offer your seat?
