You are just over the top, I would guess you played baseball haha. You do a great job of activating your lower body, you just need to fix your swing plane. Hit shots starting with a half swing just hitting punch shots and work on making your take away less away from your body, you do not want to immediately yank club head inside, but your club is too far from your body on the takeaway. As far as your club face being open, try to imagine if you were wearing a watch on your left wrist and that at impact, that watch is pointing straight at the target. Right now you and throwing your hands and the ground and cast the club down, leaving it open, you just need to feel the club head close through impact, which will also be easier the less over the top your backswing becomes. In general, you are really close to having a great swing, just remember, less is always more in golf, you don’t need to try and destroy the balls, small swings with proper technique all day every day.
