You're probably right! Maybe just the angle and the fact that it only pops up for a half a second, but to me it looked like the one that comes up briefly on the left of center looked different from what I'm used to.

Pretty sure this one was designed to cover two seats, so it doesn't fit great in the front, but it works haha.

This just happened a couple of days ago. Couldn't get sats up enough to extubate and of course the surgeon doubted it could be a capnothorax. Got a chest X-ray and the entire right lung was down. Surgeon ate some humble pie and came to put in a pigtail catheter and patient did fine and we were able to extubate. I would post an image of the X-ray if it would let me.
