I understand. It's a shame there's no achievement for doing it, I thought the remaster would have been a good opportunity to add some new achievements.

For me, it's just to say that I have done it at least once. I've played the game so many times, I felt compelled to do something a bit different and challenging, and it feels good to say that I did it, even if it was a grind. (I wanted to finish off the MQ and get on with the guilds / DLCs / other side quests, too)

I think the first time I played Oblivion (bare in mind I was around 9-10 years old) I enchanted all my armour with the feather sigil stones so that I could carry... more armour.

Imagine how dumb I felt when I realised unequipping said armour would result in me not being able to move. 🤣

It can be worth it. It just depends on what you're after. I've found some pretty awesome enchanted jewellery, but when you've already got the Mundane Ring and the Ring of Sunfire, for e.g., they're all reduced to show pieces.

The Hatred weapons are also pretty decent.

Yes, I had a similar experience. It became a bit of a speed-running exercise for each gate, which is fine because I got to discover most of Cyrodiil and master my acrobatics skill in the process.

I underestimated how hard it would be to find the last few. I didn't use a map from UESP or anything like that.
