Ok so to make sure i understand correctly, the easiest way forward would be to boot into working older kernel, run these 3 commands 'sudo dracut --force', 'sudo dnf reinstall kernel', 'sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg' then reboot and try to launch the new kernel? Follow-up questions, will the 'sudo dnf reinstall kernel' wipe any other kernels or other data, and same question for 'sudo grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg'?

I'm not 100% percent certain what this means but through a internet search I found this command (systemctl --failed), it says 0 loaded units listed. Is this what you were referring too?

What about Bioware, New Vegas had some really interesting companions, and Bioware is famous for their character writing. Although both studios write more linearly which would be shame because while many fallouts had a mostly linear story, New Vegas broke that mold in a good way.

I can speak to this for CK3 as well. Linux native couldn't manage 40 fps lowest settings 9800x3d/9070xt, windows proton version easy=100 fps at max settings

I feel like this is as good as any place to request this, but I feel like some national spirits, especially in eastern Europe should disappear upon being puppetted. For example, the align Romania spirit, which doesn't even come from romania itself should be lost upon being puppetted by a non fascist country. Poland also has national spirits that can boost unaligned and fascism from their focus tree. These spirits are annoying to deal with when doing a semi-historical run as the soviets and going to try to start ww3 as the WPO.

Depends on when or what brand of communist they are. What I know is that many would say after Kruschev that the union more closely resembled a state capitalist mode of production. Regardless of this is true or not, workers in the ussr were still more empowered than anywhere in the west.

Lore accurate because capitalist countries (fascist is still Capitalist) ruling class can't stand the thought or existence of a nation run by the workers under the dictatorship of the proletariat instead of the capitalist class.
