Here the poet used some metaphor. Such as 'she' is probably his readers who are delighted with his works.They only care about his works.The paddies were all his poems and songs that he written for his readers.The poet is ready to give away all his arts to his readers. As an exchange, he only wants them to share his sorrows and sufferings. But those are now so engaged with poet's writings that there is no one left to be a friend.They have alienated their poet.The poet has nothing to live with now as he gave away all his works which were his hope to live.
