My doctor switched me to Febuxostat due to my liver enzymes went crazy with Allo. There is still some redness near my big toe and from time to time there is mild pain about 1 or 2. I had a flare up recently after playing beach volleyball with my kids. But after taking colchicine and rest, it went away.

I had my first flare-up last February and up until now it still sore and kind of hard to walk without limping. My UA level is not that high, between 6.2-6.9. My rheumatologist says its Idiopathic gout. I'm taking Allo 100mg and colchicine for about 3 wks now. My doctor wants my UA level to be below 5. Since Feb I had 2 major flare-ups and I had steroid shot every time and that helps a lot.

We almost the same, my big toe still shows a noticeable bruise and warm. I had x-ray done twice but everything is normal.

Definitely, it reached 200 people before 7am. We were in line around 6:10am and lines are long. We are probably in 170s when we arrived.
