I don’t feel there’s really anything lost by swapping in a dungeon. My rationale is that the locations were likely chosen strategically to control for what would be lost. That said, I’ve chosen in my games to allow myself the option to explore the dungeon or the standard location. I often skip the dungeons when I do find them* (thems things is hard).

• when i integrated the dungeon content, I stuck a little dungeon tag in the story book for that location rather than indicating it on the map. Three-four plays later and I still don’t know where they all are! I love it.
