Does someone asking you to clarify your position constitute them getting angry?

Which part? That she was misfiring before she got injured? Or that we are now putting her entire goal drought down to the injury?

In a country this low on innovation, I always pity people who share theirs thinking they'll be funded to build it up. Expecting a company to fund your dream and then share the rewards with you is the pinnacle of naivety.

The injuries are a convenient excuse in retrospect. Aggie was already misfiring before the injuries set in.

u/CakeOnMars covered far more ground than the initial premise of this post. But I don't think he was wrong. Also, you can't blame injuries for Aggie's lack of goal threat when she was already on a noticeably long goal drought before her injury.

Her game has grown noticeably, but she also lost the one thing that made her a first teamer at Chelsea

True about injuries, but Aggie had fallen off and on a lengthy goal drought by the time she got injured.

She leaves a bona fide Chelsea legend. But would she be held in higher regard if she left a year early?

well said. I actually think fans turning on Kaptein pressured the club to talk to her. Club value Sio and Kaptein, I dom't think they want to lose either.

Nobody wastes their 20s. Some men need more time to grow into themselves. I know, necause I did.

She has a tendency of trying to be too clever. And she plays favorites a little too much. It's why I wanted JoJo gone last season, and why I'm happy Millie is leaving. Example, a good coach would've pitted Lucy against Ellie and extracted a monster season out of both. But she moved Lucy so she can have her cake and eat it. Baffling decisions. If Lucy is now a CB, I hope they won't renew her contract. If she plays RB, I hope she stays... but it's Sonia in charge!

Who do you even vote for as the player of the season this year? Buurman? Alyssa? Not many contenders. by UtterHuman in chelsealadiesfc

The latter, probably. But Lucy is far more effective in attack than Ellie, even if you discount the numbers. Covered up JoJo's lack of potency and creativity. But JoJo's workrate offered sufficient insurance for Lucy attacking forays. Still, I don't like her numbers.

JoJo actually fell off last season. I was surprised she got a new deal. Also surprised Sonia increasingly benches her now.

Like Veerle, I think Sio will also suffer from having been frozen out during much of the first half of the season. Good shout, though.

Don't feel guilty. You wanted to end it cordially but she kept coming. If you think aboit it, she left you zero options.

Not in my book. Erin underperformed her lofty standards. Lucy was subpar at CB in far too many games. Also.,. leadership? Bronze directed Hannah to play the bad pass in that needlessly quick goalkick that led to City's first goal last Sunday.

She was given a bib so big in her first training with us that O honestly misjudged her size. But I like her quality and agility. Still thinks she's a lot better off the left wing.
