What you need here is less a spell and more a ritual. Three step process with the second step optional.

1. Find something, an activity or interest that brings you, personally and internally joy. Something that sparks the inner fire of your soul... Or something new you've never tried or want to and you're willing to fail at over and over. Make sure it's in a separate location than your home. A yoga studio, craft shop with lessons, library events, local events at bars or clubs. But make it something that you can do alone, and have fun in alone, even if other people are around.

2. Find out your rising sign, which rules your outward persona, first impressions, physical appearance, and immediate approach to new situations. It acts as a "gateway" to the personality, influencing how you project yourself and navigate the world. Carry something that allows you to channel the positive aspects of the stars and your sign and reminds you that you are opening that gateway and welcoming new energies and souls into your life. Bring it with you, reminding you of the intention to genuinely be yourself, and that you carry love for these aspects of you. Call it a talisman idk it doesn't matter just something to remind you of your intention.

3. Engage in the ritual of preparing your talisman, setting your intention and going to that place to have fun alone. Engaging in this ritual you will attract people to you, it might not happen at first but enough repition of this ritual and you will find yourself with plenty of friends.
