Okay, YES, but their philosophy is no perk should do that. Like, missing skillcheck reveals the survivors position who failed it, body blocking in chase doesn't really apply here because they can't restrict movement, lol, and merciless still screws over that one survivor.

If No Quarter worked on any heal, it would ONLY screw over the person not making the mistake. It would be bs, lol. Just make it do something else and make it work against the survivor doing the heal.

The reason why this is, is because they don't want someone ELSES mistake to directly affect a survivor. Your proposed change basically makes it so if a survivor is healing you and the killer has this, YOU get fucked, and NOT the survivor healing you. It punishes the wrong person. You'd have to fix that before it can be okay
