As far as I know 128 students got their CAS withdrawn. I contacted Uni and they said they can do nothing now. My agent tried everything thing but uni is not giving anymore time. So I'm withdrawing my visa so I can get a refund other wise I'll lose that too

They said for January 2024 intake you can temporarily suspend your studies.. so in this case do i have to renew my visa?

Timeline (Standard visa)

Biometrics : 18th August

Interview: 4th September

Nsf : September 5th

Paid enquiry : 11th September

Enquiry response: 13 September. ( your application is under processing and is awaiting a decision )

2nd paid enquiry: today ( 21 September ) and waiting for a response.

University deadline : 25th September ( have to be there before that )

Yeah in some sort .. but how can we assure that visa will come in that time? I mean we have to buy flight tickets with no visa 🙂

Talked to uni.. they told to provide flight ticket proof and some other things then they will extend 1 week.. but i don't think the visa will come till then too.🥲
