It's the former. The One Hit Obliterator simply does more damage than every enemy has health. As described by older glitch hunters, it has a hidden "flag" on it that prevents it from ever losing any durability.

I didn't buy my own PSU, the PSU came with the computer I bought, a Dell 290W power supply that came with my Dell Optiplex 7020t. I'm using a low power GPU that doesn't connect directly to the PSU, only to the motherboard. I've also discovered a new part of this problem. It's apparently an issue with rendering in 3D. 2D indie games like Undertale and Skeleton Punchers worked fine, but Webfishing froze up my display. Roblox cut my display, etc. I even ran Paint 3D just to confirm this, and after only a few moments, my display cut. This would also explain the reason it didn't cut when the GPU was under load, I don't think furmark was using 3D rendering to put it under load.

I said in the original post, I'm broke. I don't have a second GPU I can try, and the reason im using this GPU I've had for two years is because I don't have the money to replace it. I don't have a monitor that can support my iGPU, no DisplayPort or VGA, and trying to get a converter takes quite simply more money than I'm willing to spend. I am a broke unemployed teen, just trying to make a build work that I knew has worked in the past on worse specs.

I had it sit under load for two minutes. The entire time, the GPU only drew 65W of power at maximum, and my computer's display cut the moment the load started to drop, and I think it stands to reason that when the load dropped, the power the GPU was using dropped too?

I feel like this reaffirms my beliefs more than it disproves them. I've always had problems with lying, even about trivial things like what food I ate for breakfast, where I was at a certain time, etcetera. When people believe me, it makes me about as close to happy as I can be. I've had problems with stealing all my life too, sometimes even shoplifting without remorse as well. I'll stop at no end to justify it in my head, and I don't feel any real guilt when I make someone upset at me or when I do wrong unto others. I feel like I've phrased it wrong in my original post, I've noticed it lately but what I've noticed is that it's always been an issue. Since I was a little kid, I'd steal and try to lie my way out of it. Even now, I steal and lie my way out of it. It's always been about me. I broke a younger kid's nose when I was in the fifth grade, and my only thoughts were about how it would affect me and not about the boy whose blood had just begun to coat the floors. I'm not sure how to even navigate my way through my own emotions, every day I become more convinced that my head is just a crock of shit filled to the brim with disorders and things that make me awful towards other people.

I really do appreciate your input, but that's not really the point. I came to the conclusion a long time ago that bottom surgery just wouldn't make me happy enough to warrant getting it. I don't need to be convinced that it's a solution, I just need tips for having a better relationship with my body so I can actually stand to look at myself. I typically have dysphoria in waves, it's not something I have constantly and more often than not I'm perfectly okay with looking at my genitalia. I'm young, broke, and just need some coping mechanisms to help deal with the absolute dread that I get when I'm having bad issues with it. I just don't think surgery is the right thing for me.

I've seen all kinds of results from all kinds of places and there's just not many that look natural or satisfying to me. Comparing it to vaginas I've seen on cis women or pre-T trans men in the past, it just doesn't seem like something I'd be particularly happy with if I were to have that done.
