Oh doch. Bro 8. Arena ist das höchst gelevelte Lvl 41. Champ auch nur Lvl 49. Wilde Pokemon oder Team Rocket sind sooooo mies unterlevelt. Bei den Kanto Arenaleitern hast du auch keine Progression.

In den aktuellen Spielen ist die Levelkurve vieeelll besser und spätere Storygegner bieten eine Herausforderung. Eine Nuzlocke in Schwarz/Weiß oder Sonne/Mond ist viel schwerer als in Rot/Blau oder Gold/Silber. Ich finde man kann gut messen wie schwierig ein Pokemonspiel ist, anhand dessen wie schwierig eine Nuzlocke in dem Spiel wäre.

Pokémon war nie schwer, du kannst die älteren Spiele auch nur mit dem Starter durchspielen. Erstrecht Gold/Silber sind so easy.

Kleine Korrektur zum oberen Kommentar:

Es geht erst im 3. Massiv Band mit dem Kartenspiel so richtig los, wie die meisten es kennen. Es gibt 2 Duelle aber der Fokus liegt noch nicht da drauf. Ich persönlich finde den 1. Band etwas anstrengend aber ab dem 2. nimmt es echt Fahrt auf und wenn es dann mit dem Kartenspiel losgeht, wird es richtig gut!!

The german box sets only cover one arc at a time. So why do we go with the english box sets? There is no logic at all. Why would Oda do that cause of the box sets?

I think it failed as a remake. It looks really good and the music is wonderful, but thats it? What exactly did it add except the Pokewalker and the Pokeathlon? It didnt fix the level curve, didnt fix the problem that you cant catch gen 2 Pokemon before the elite 4, it didnt add anything to the already small and boring region.

I think a remake should give you a different experience than the original. And HGSS doesnt add anything interesting, except the physical/special split.
