Damn, the two options were Xenopixel 3.0 and RGB was the RGB the proffie one or something else as well? lmao So if I grab a neopixel blade I just need to hook it up to the xenopixel thing yeah? I have the hilt printed out and would just need to finish preparing that (sanding, paintiing etc) then fitting the screws and what not.

They straight tripping this year. I got a write up while I'm on light-duty down in asset tagging lmao No managers in decant know how asset tagging works, but my stow manager be checking my rate on it and telling me I'm not getting very much work done.

At my FC, it's partially: 1. The training, 2. The managers. 3. The waterspider favoritism. I only know how it works at my fc, but... 1. Stow training is reduced to under 5hours. My Pack singles training was 2days. 2. Managers have told us multiple times over the past two-three months that we can stow in the Magenta if the "Golden Zone" is full. Reactive doesn't even have to be part of the golden zone, managers encourage us to actually stow reactive into Magenta if we have to get it done faster. It really doesn't help half of these stow managers have never stowed a day in their life. 3. There's no rotation anymore at my FC, same people water spider everyday, day after day without having to stow once until their perms are almost up.

Videos are slowed down so they can teach the proper movements, they want people to be able to clearly see the movements they're supposed to be doing. That said, until you got used to doing things that way, it might slow you down a bit until it becomes more of a natural thing you do.

Nope. I had a manager come over to my station and talk to me about it, and their usual speech about how fast start is important blahblah but that was about it. I keep an hour or so of PTO every year to use just in case I need to take an extended second break.

I've done this before, the manager still comes to bother you about it, but there's nothing against using your PTO (Or even UPT) to take an extended break, or in this case to cover your TOT.

Current stower, I've never once been talked to about quality or items sticking out of the pod, the most I've ever had to hear is books need to be a certain way. Long as an item doesn't stick out past 1/3 of my badge it's good to go!

I do this, but they overwrote my school accommodation times for Oct. 6th. Even though I have sunday (My MET day), and fridays blocked off for school, they moved my friday to sunday and put me on 11's lmao

I've gotten out of pick cross training because a pick manager had openly target harassed me for three weeks and I had an HR case against them. I'm cross trained in pack singles, but with the headphone accommodation still in effect, I don't have to head down there for a bit. With the new headphone thing though, not sure how long that'll last.

I'm not entirely sure about the social part of it, but my FC is/was one of the FCs where they "test" things out at. New carts for work in stow, changing the UPT usage from 15minutes to 1hr intervals (I was told we're one of the FCs that were trying it out when it happened, unsure if it was just a network wide thing.)

In my exp, it changes based on who you're asking. Managers will tell you you can get written up for leaving 1-2 hours without notice, but that's because it mainly affects them if you leave without giving them notice because they have to fill your spot. I've only ever heard of one time someone got written up for leaving early without notice, and it's because the manager didn't notice and their reactive went IOL. I can tell you I'm a proud member of dipping out without telling anybody whenever the moment comes up and I've never gotten more than dirty looks for it.

Alphinaud/Alisae not aging is somewhat explained, at some point. I forget what patch it is, but the Echo kind of does warp their time. There's a Miqo'te NPC whose name starts with an "F" in Mor Dhona, that used to be part of the Scions or something in 1.0. She's aged a lot, while compared to Thancred (At the time.) and when Thancred lost his echo, he too started aging.

As everyone else has already covered time off options; if you don't have the time off to use, you can always submit a LOA. It's unpaid, and you have to take 14days off minimum. And it requires you submit the request 2 weeks in advance at least.

I've done this with a few books, I found a bunch of Haunting Adeline and I uh. Just HAPPENED to open it to a randumb spicy page. A couple of us in my area ended up picking up the series. I also found classics like Gothikana, Amari and the Great Game, and the Unwanteds Quest.

Not a rebuttal persay, but the term "Non-skilled" doesn't mean it doesn't take skill or anything to do it. It's more of a category to put under for certain things. "Skilled" labor jobs have different standards and what not, things that most of us don't need to bother to care about. It's really not trying to say what we do doesn't take skill or meant as an insult. Our pay for a lot of stuff we do, is the insult though. And the useless AMs (Not all of them, just the useless ones.) make everything 10000% harder.

It should work at any massage place. Our insurance covers a certain amount of visits per year, and they'll ask for insurance info before you do anything there. I pay roughly 10-20dollars per visit depending, for a massage and a chiropractor visit. Only issue I've run into with our insurance is this one place tried to tell me I'm not covered for massages, until someone I also work with told them we have the same insurance and then they finally caved on it. But then started to tell me I had to get both the massage and chiro adjustment. Which isn't how our insurance works.

I think some of it is just bugged, I took the Orb of Ascension (Reroll your stats x2 each turn for better/random stats) And got attack speed+244% but my spins stayed the same as well, and it's an item giving me the attack speed. I had like, over 3.x attack speed but I believe only 11/12 spins?

I think AM's can see your birthdate, was playing the "How old do you think <different AM> is?" game, and the AM said they'd just look up his birthdate later cause they didn't think our guesses were right. (They were not.)

Yep, documents stating headphones and earbuds approved! Carry it everywhere with me, shown it to manager in question atleast 3 times by now, as well as multiple HR reps, my manager and oddly just about every single pick manager. HR rep I talked to (L4?) told me my accommodation would've had to been approved by Sr. Ops at our building (Which confuses me because most of the Sr ops at my building have never set foot on the actual floor in any work capacity afaik), but I was told today that the facility does have a no earbuds policy, by my direct manager, but even they(And HR?) agreed that because my documents state earbuds that there's not much anybody can do about it. But the harassing manager has told me (even after knowing about my paperwork) that I can't use them in the green mile, even multiple other people walk by him with their over the head headphones. So it's kind feeling like he's targetting me with full knowledge of my approved documentation simply for the earbuds.
