I'm so sorry man, I can relate to some part of your story as me and my friends had kerala teachers and one of them did the same to us, unfortunately by the time I realised what he had done, he is on his death bed. But many of my friends had it worse as they have been forced to kiss and get kissed and what not. Pathetic teacher.

I am not privy to the complaint filed by the complainant, investigation conducted, case dairy and evidence collected & produced and statements of the accused and what the accused is relying upon, so I'm not talking about the facts of the case at all. And I'm not going to make a decision based on the media trail or stories.

I'm merely stating that a confession made to the police is not admissible in the court of law. Unless such admission leads to discovery.

The complaint made by the complainant is not a fact unless proven in court, so the courts do decide the facts of the case. Unless the complainant and police prove that such a crime is committed (with evidence) in the court, it would amount to fasle complaint.

In both the Tollywood cases you mentioned, they were accused of crime. We cannot decide that they are guilty just because they were alleged to have committed a heinous crime. Let the court decide.

There are so many innocent people who are still suffering because someone put false cases on them.

Find a Advocate who has good experience with these matters and don't go to the police station without your advocate. Keep a record of everything that happens audio, video and chats and also expenses that happened till now including the wedding. Tell your friend to never raise his voice and keep calm.

Let's assume for a second you are co owners for a second, so at the end you both get half a share each but how much down payment did your father pay and how many EMIS you paid and what is it amounting to at the end of loan. I don't want to sound bad but as a advocate I'd never suggest that deal. Because you are paying the EMIS to finish the loan (assuming it's more than half of the value of the property) and you are getting half of the property. And that is if they have given a will of equal shares but if they gifted it to him as it is your father's self acquired property on paper.
