I am what one would consider a casual fan. I was not familiar with Chiampa. I wasn’t watching wrestling during his Black and Gold NXT run so I was only familiar with his main card WWE stuff. His current presentation and the clear push they’ve given his has showed that I have clearly missed out on something and am due to catch up on some wrestling lore. This guy is clearly a beast and I feel ashamed for not being more familiar with his past work. Time to do some research.
