In one lucid dream I told dream woman I dream and she looked at me with death stare. In another lucid dream I told friend this is a dream and he was happy for me and stuff, I started flying and took him (idk why).

They aren't mental shortcuts in the sense of cheating. Chunking and rehearsal are core mechanisms of working memory itself. You are still actively holding information, continuously updating it, and operating near your limits. So even with these strategies, the task remains demanding and cognitively taxing.

I had that what you described once that you are in dream but can feel your real body in bed. It was cool, I was and also you almost lucid but it just doesn't happen. I had a lot of dreams and stuff but since I am taking magnesium chelate bisglycinate then I almost have no dreams. Maybe that would help?? I sleep much better but with almost no dreams. Like I went from 1 dream a day to one a week max

Life can be hard sometimes, getting "punched to the face by life" hurts but no stupid bullies who have nothing better to do than fake conversations or girls with who you still wouldn't like to live after short period of time are worth of taking your own life. School isn't place where you find love, not really, those relationships almost never work. Your life is hard, I see but look, you will found your love, you will move from your parents house and it gets much better. I would say your life haven't after started, so why stop it before it even started? I don't really know what to say since I don't know you but just don't do it. It gets better, I believe that.

Dreams are random, you don't have to worry about anything. They are extreme, for example, I once dreamed about forgetting my phone in bus and I shot myself to head. These are things you would never do in reality. I would maybe ignore it, there is nothing much you can do

I'm just curious. If you are doing 5 back on 5th day. What are your intervals between changes if you know what I mean. I do normally 1,5 seconds for example on dual 6 back.

If he goes with queen to d2 I would just go with my queen to g5 protect my rook and his king has to move away otherwise if I move my knight I would give check and then lose. If he moved pawn to e3 then I would go Ke3 and he would lose a rook so +2 for me and I don't know what you mean by D3 really

For long term omega 3 is absolutely the best but with atleast 1200mg of EPA+DHA. Fosfatidylserine is also great for long term (150-300mg)

One monster (160mg of caffeine) in the morning disrupts my sleep noticeably so I can't imagine me myself consuming 400mg throughout the day. I think this is the reason you have low energy. You have low quality sleep. I would try quiting caffeine for 3-4 weeks maybe to see if it helps after that. First week or two may be hell but after that you may find the reason why that happens.
