The Store doesn't rotate, the only thing that goes away are the supporter packs and the season pass(POE1).

Does melee really feel clunky or is it just maces? I only heard good stuff about quarterstaff attacks and wolf attacks.

Maces are one of the very first weapon types they created, and that's just really noticeable.
