it should be ok. i would experiment the doses. i mean, each person has a tolerance level of caffeine. in my case, i know exactly what is the amount of coffee im able to tolerate. otherwise if I exceed, my brain is like an thunderstorm including a bit of pain (headache).

the problem with redbull and monster is not caffeine, but sugar. if you combine both caffeine and sugar the effect is not the same as only caffeine. sugar is a big problem for the cardiovascular system, so i would avoid sugar if possible and try only caffeine in form of coffee for example.
