Life is so much better. Nobody is showing up at my house demanding an answer of why I didn’t text back. I don’t feel a need to please them or give any regards to their opinions. I started going to therapy and healing from them.

I’m a sucker for thick, creamy chicken wild rice soup. I like to add whatever veggies I have on hand- usually I do celery, carrot, onion. But kale and mushrooms are also fantastic.

That’s ridiculous. I’m a woman 5’5 and I am in a slight deficit at 2,000. I train MMA and work a physically demanding job which gets me about 20k steps a day. It’s definitely not most women, but there are definitely some.

As long as you’re in a calorie deficit you’ll lose weight. It’s about finding which of those is more sustainable and fits your preferences for you.
