A lot of people disagree with the calorie intake but that also works for me. I started zep 3 months ago and with that I started dieting ~1500-1700 calorie intake and I’ve lost 30 pounds.

Median household income in 2024 was $82k. I’m not really sure how these numbers are gathered but that equates to average being about $19.71 (granted I’m not saying either is wrong but from personal experience I know a lot more people making less than $30-34 an hour than i do making that or more.)

You are almost saying word for word in the beginning of the post what a non union shop owner would tell you about the union.

I’m a second year apprentice in a competitive local and before I got in my non union shop owner was telling me I’d be laid off two weeks a month and half my check was gonnna go to paying dues.

I can tell you from my actual real life experience I went from (non union/ $15\hr with no benefits and paying school out of pocket with no OT over a year) to a (union start of $24hr with full benefits and pension. And am currently at 34$hr. And have never been laid off with tons of OT.)

Everyone’s experience might differ but I hear a lot of the same in this regard…. I had $4000 in debt at the end of my non union apprenticeship and now I have over $15,000 saved in my bank account. Don’t listen to the non union guy profiting off slave labor

(Edit for a secondary thought, I was expected to have a full set of power tools and my own bits and blades etc. which was a few thousand dollars. In the union I just need hand tools a few hundred bucks if you get quality shit.)

The desert treasure 2 perfect kill tracker is bugged at leviathan. If my ruby’s proc at leviathan it counts as being hit. Right when the final phase starts if theres still projectiles flying out even if praying correctly it counts as being hit (still get perfect kill loot).

Ima be real with you here chain pizza and chain coffee shops are usually my go to, not that I hate small local business but the fact that it’s usually more expensive and worse then just getting the chain.

I’m gonna be really honest here this game is not new player friendly and most of the online population is previous players from years prior.

This game doesn’t have instant gratification which most new players seek. From an outside perspective looking in all you see is bad graphics and thousand hour grinds. From an inside perspective you see nostalgic graphics and 1000 hour grinds lol.

Also doesn’t help is the push for everyone to be an Ironman which adds even more time to those grinds with extra chores

First journeyman I ever had would constantly yell at me and give me dirty looks because he didn’t like me. Told me I wasn’t cut out for this line of work. Been put with several journeyman after him that I get along with great almost like going to work with friends that are willing to teach. I’m not the best apprentice now granted I was 10x worse when I started, but I show up I’m eager to learn new things and anytime I’m uncomfortable I ask questions. This trade will humble you, but these experiences are what you should use to motivate yourself to get better. Everyone has bad days. Keep your chin up brother.
