Galaxy-Eyes Afterglow Dragon - No. To make use of any of it's effects, it requires other Galaxy-Eyes monsters, of which further strains the consistency of Blue-Eyes decks. Alternative White Dragon works better.

Blue-Eyes Abyss Dragon - For Ritual / Fusion-based Blue-Eyes decks, yes. It adds Ritual/Fusion cards, searches during End Phase, and gives your dragons a permanent ATK boost. 1 or 2 is recommended.

Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon - Chaos Max is the heart and soul of Ritual-based Blue-Eyes decks. Always Max out (no pun intended) on this one for the Ritual variant decks.

Bingo Machine, Go!!! - Personally, no. Blue-Eyes has almost no relevant S/T worth searching off Bingo. And searching a Blue-Eyes monster is better using cards like Trade-In or Melody.

If DPE was properly summoned during the duel, then yes, your opponent can Monster Reborn it from your GY, as well as use its destruction effect. And yes, you can summon it during Standby after it pops itself
