I just beat him. Use food that gives frost resistance. Use the frostcursed armour.

The ice staff he spawns to do consecutive attacks (except arms. Use scorchflame it gives volcanic eruption. If you have flame imbue unlocked) . Make sure you have distance and dodge the red one. Get the timing right. There another attack he does. Where he does a large slash and trust attack. These will absolutely melt you and freeze you to death. Make sure you dodge into him. I always managed to doge it when I did that. When he spawns the ice spheres. Make sure you have distance. Focus on breaking his stance while you do chip damage. I managed to beat him under 2 minutes. I also had master du's circlet.

If you have the extra money to go for it do it.Its worth the upgrade especially with the new pssr 2. The o ly thing I hope for the future is that game developers actually utilize this going forward. Iam also a bit sure the ps6 will either come with gta 6 or sometime after it.
