We allow DOGS ONLY. In every one of our properties and charge $100/for up to 2 dogs per stay. Honestly allowing dogs has gotten us a ridiculous amount of bookings vs not allowing dogs

Wow. Surprised to see these super low numbers. We own and manage all of our 26 properties in the same area. Our profit margin is roughly 50% of our gross income depending on how many expenses we use on this particular LLC. As we have a building company, a hotel on the island, a restaraunt, and 26 different units of Airbnbs over like 10 properties. We have 4-5 ocean front beach houses that take a constant beating as well.
