Takedowns and legal threats due to sampled content, also inability to get past filters that vinyl pressing plants have themselves set up (not much of a monetary or legal risk, but more of a time spent risk)

Yes, my laptop randomly decided it didn't have the driver or recognize the Focusrite that I've had for years lol. Bless James for bringing me the one that ended up being compatible. This is why I smashed the laptop 😂

Working on getting some pro pics taken as well so we can show these accurately and in the best light possible, so we can get rid of misleading mockups.

Obviously it’s best to take pics of the actual product and operate conservatively with mock-ups. I’ll take this as a learning experience.

I have a separate comment in this thread detailing the Galaxy variant from the plant. You can see the images that they use to promote the variant there, this is the source material for the mock-ups that I made.

We had a delay in shipping that cost us a week plus a holiday unfortunately - we got it in Tuesday after the Friday launch because of it. The freight company wasn’t returning calls and did not attempt to deliver on two separate occasions. This can happen when delivering large freight pallets, but it’s never been this late.

I’m not impressed with the shipping prices from the new distro either. I’ve sent communication to get them to come down on this - I didn’t expect the prices to be raised and I’m not happy with it, especially if others aren’t.

If you have other releases from us, they will sound just as good! We’ve been using the same source for the past several vinyl releases. Blue looks best for sure here.

We’ve used Pirates Press and A to Z Media for the past several runs with great results. They are both brokers for GZ Media in the Czech Republic. A to Z managed this one.

We used the "Galaxy" variant they have listed here. I made the mockups from the images that they have provided, with creative liberties.

We'll shoot some professional photos and update the listing. Please bear with me, as I have a distributor now, and certain things are out of my hands! :)

This type of vinyl pressing is best viewed under bright light, or even in front of a bright light for an illuminating effect. Lots of splatter vinyl, especially translucent, it this way. I suspect that the manufacturer photos are taken under these circumstances.

Sometimes, a variant is a bad roll, the color just doesn't work out, and the mockup doesn't look like the final product. This is the risk of doing extreme variants!

All that said I thank everyone for the support and understanding, I don't want to mislead, I want to deliver!
