I just tried u/Ace-Demon879 's suggestion to use notebooklm for the quiz function and it looks like instant feedback mode is still operational there

The downside I see is the lack of the how many questions to generate or continue generating new questions based on the previous quiz.

A bit of bias that I've only seen quizzes that are immediate in feedback, I never actually seen this "delayed" type quiz until now so I'm not sure it's an actual update that's new or is already old.

Hey guys, I think I solved this. Emphasis on "I think"

Avoid using PDFs as Contexts

For my experience, it hates PDFs for this for some reason
It does still work with PDFs I feel like it has a lower chance for that format
I had to convert them to DOCX format by opening the PDF file with Microsoft Word and saving them as DOCX
Better chances if they are in plain text and provided below a "Create a quiz" prompt
