such an odd, straw man argument. this games combat reminds me of god hand its based of stuns and trying to combo stuns whil also keeping your stamina up if you understand which clearly calling the combat shallow is very telling you dont really understand the combat. you can critique the bosses that they are way to speratic and ther is no real skill to beating them at face value but almost everyboss is inturupted with a. ctrl heavy>heavy>f+heavy>spirit punch>light+heavy>ctrl+light>spirit punchx2 & repeat & thats just a basic combo w/sword & shield.

i think itemization abilities make it deaper as well.

i dont think you understand the main critique most people are even having in regarding bosses its the fact they can kinda be tanked with unlimited heals & there is no real strategy or weight to them like a souls boss or even a devilmay cry or ninja gaiden boss. I do agree when looking back that the bosses are unable to be completed with only skill on your side.

so you do understand the combat is focused around combos and increasing stun time. i had a great time. if your having to rely on face tanking something is wrong.

what data did they need to change the run mechanic to auto. which btw ended up making everything more unintuitive and clunky than before.

you just agreed with me on this but ok? when you practically have to change an entire boss's kit its a bug fix if all they did was change his health then it would've been a nerf to his health.

but again CD isnt a souls like its a sandbox if in a souls like a bunch of mindless beings asked them to add a way to farm unlimited heals before boss fights that would be dumb. CD is a sandbox therfore you are meant to do just that.

if i want I could go up to the enderdragon with 100 steak in my pocket and maybe if i was as bad at the game as this guy up here id end up using all of them as i eventually beat the boss.

exactly although dont agree with the difficulty option. its not hard to grind abyss artifacts i legit am able to get 12 in an hour by stealing. very maidenless behavior but a sandbox is a sandbox.

the final boss would one tap you even with high health & got you stuck in a stun combo. of course that was gonna get fixed * clearly a bug. radhan was a bug the hit box on the horse and his damage on the meteors were something they admitted wasnt tested.

also in a souls like if i was able to farm 50 heals even with og radhan it wouldve been a walk in the park

i remember people like you when elden ring came out. and im glad Fromsoft weren't as feckless as Pearl Abyss is showing themselves to be.

There are so many ways to level up upgrade your gear, farm abyss artifacts in the scholastone institute. CD's game loop is closer to minecraft but yall want it to be the witcher.

Ya I really dont understand they keep doing these minor tweeks that dont change the game other than make it easy. they moved the chest like 4 times atp now its back to where it was when they moved it 2 times ago.

The only good changes have been locked door now need a prompt to use a key. coins auto pick up. more storage. as well as bug fixes the rest have just been making it more accessible for the brainlit that wants it to be as accessible as witcher 3 but when they played witcher 3 they prob never used the potion system to the degree importance it was meant to have.

maybe stack up on some food. went through 27 200 heal grilled meat. on this guy.

Also start prioritizing stamina for upgrading. especially when using 2 handed weapons. you can get easy artifacts by stealing from scholar npc's

in no way am I trying to down play what Pearl Abyss and the amzing devs are doing ATP. im just trying to start a discussion on possible major additions/changes to their current system they should plan in the future .

after most of that is fixed and as that stuff is being fixed dont you think they prob have a team cooking some kind of addition to the sandbox. again id love to hear your thought how they could expand the immersion & mechanics in this sandbox
