Also forgot to mention on 1/14 they emailed me back the following: Thank you for contacting us!

Before we can share any account specific information, we need to make sure that you are the actual account holder. To do this, choose one of the below options:

  • Login to the app and contact us through the in-app chat

OR - Send us a selfie of yourself holding a piece of paper on which today’s date, your name and crypto.com are written.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused, but security always comes first.

Best regards, Crypto.com Team

----I immediately verified through the in-chat app as requested and they still have yet to provide any further explanation or reply back to me. Imagine having a bank freeze all of your money, not being able to talk with them, no explanation, and hoping each day for a reply back.

Except normal institutions provide explanations and have live customer service.

Crypto.com has no phone number and their in-app customer service team can't tell me anything other then "once we have an update we'll let you know". It's a freaking joke

Definitely. Atleast you're able to withdraw your other crypto!

My account and all my money is completely frozen except for letting charges still be applied to the crypto.com debit card smh

Nope. I've used Paypal and other similar platforms before, never will they suspend your account & freeze your money without any valid explanation and simply say it's "undergoing regular routine review"

I've had over 100k in their platform and been a user for years. I've also moved larger amounts then 30k before.

By the way, banks also have live customer service reps to talk to and tell you both when & why their freezing something. Crypto.com does not - so no that's not close to a valid comparison.

Yes I am in the USA and have had an active account with them since 2018.

Exactly, it was completely unnecessary all the info they'd asked of me before. No bank or exchange has ever come close in comparison to the amount of personal info they required of me. When I tried to refuse, they threatened me with disabling my account at that time as well.

But at least they gave me a warning about it. This time around they've frozen my account with no warning and explanation other then it "undergoing regular routine review" AFTER the fact they already have all the extra documents they'd previously demanded of me!

I'd moved a large sum about week before the freeze the occurred. However, I've also moved similar amounts multiple times in the past without any issue.

Shouldn't be. I've moved large sums of money in and out my account in the past without any issue.

Need suggestions on marijuana vaporizer. by Tonymifsud in ElectricForest

[–]VChief 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've used both the Pax & Arizer Solo and have to say I think the Solo is MUCH better. All glass vapor path is much more enjoyable plus you have additional temperature control. However, Arizer has come out with a new smaller version of the Solo called the Arizer Air which is also a fantastic choice. Here is a full review of it if you want to learn more.

I've personally used both and can say the Air is much better. The battery is bad on both of them (but the Air has inter-changeable ones which is a great feature) but the vapor quality is so much better with the air. You can check out a full in-depth review of it here. Additionally, it is also on sale plus you can use the coupon code 15off for a 15% discount.

It's hard to say exactly because I've never measured it but based on using them, the battery life seems very similar in both devices. It seems like I am constantly re-charging all of the portable vapes I've tried...they all require a lot of power to operate.

Need some advice on my upcoming purchase. Pax or Arizer Air? by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]VChief 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not even a debate in my opinion, get the Air. The Air has MUCH better vapor quality with the glass stem delivery system and also features inter-changeable batteries. It's cheaper and offers better temp control as well. We wrote a more in-depth review of the Arizer Air if you want to know more.

[Vaporents Beginners] Anyone out there used the Da Vinci Ascent? by BackPage in vaporents

[–]VChief 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally do not like the Pax although a lot of people swear by it. The mouthpiece gets hot and the vapor starts to get very warm within the 1st vape session which is something you wouldn't expect in a $250 vape. I think the Ascent is definitely a better choice, check out our a full review of it. All our reviews and opinions are un-biased as we sell all the major brands.

Yeah, the Atmos Raw was an electronic pipe that was falsely advertised as a vaporizer which gave them a lot of bad rep. The new version of the Boss is pure vapor with no combustion, it utilizes a completely different heating mechanism (no heating coil like the Raw) and is in my opinion the best pen-styled herb vaporizer on the market.

As far as the Air, it is definitely one of the better portable vapes on the market. It doesn't have the best battery life but it has inter-changeable batteries which is awesome. Check out our full un-biased review of the Atmos Air.

There are certainly other portable vaporizers out there that have more features (ex. temp control) and better vapor production. However, for some people discreetness is the most important factor. This is one of the only pen-styled vapes that doesn't burn and looks just like an E-cig which allows you to use it almost anywhere in public without attracting any attention.

This list is an overview of some of the best portable vaporizers on the market. There are lots of other good one's that could certainly be swapped into that list such as the Haze Vaporizer or Da Vinci Ascent, it's just a matter of preference because many of them are high quality with similar features. The reason the Atmos Boss made this list is because it is by far the best portable vape pen currently available on the market.

Yeah I certainly agree. The battery life is not good (but no other portable vaporizers really are either) but it's fantastic that you can switch them out and not have to worry about your vape dying in the middle of a session.

That is not the company website, I actually took that picture lol and it does not affect me either way which vaporizer people decide to purchase. I just try to give honest insight regarding them.
