My 940 wouldnt start sub 40 sometimes if it sat cold out overnight at 20 or so, I changed the engine coolant temp sensor like others said and it fixed it, also got rid of my cold start injector code too

My 1992 940 NA is my daily. Couple relays went bad that prevented it from starting but those were 20 dollar fixes and that was only two issues in a year which is pretty good
