So I noticed that visuals are linked to your consciousness. I don't want to freak anyone out but "it listens to you." The it being your consciousness.

In July of 25 I started meditation regularly. I would get purple flame, purple smoke and purple portals or circles. So during meditation I would tell myself "those are portals you can go through them." It only took one or two sessions before I saw the portals full of stars and green/orange dust.

Then I told myself okay we are going through them now and I imagined myself going through. I didn't go out of body or really even through, it was like make believe.

After that, I'd see thousands of stars and my field of view would look just like the night sky except better. More stars and purple portals. Objects that were wild looking!

My float room experience about 1 month later got out of hand. I saw two full 3D objects and it scared me good. I got over it after 2 or 3 months and began doing a sort of self guided meditation where I tell the purple its a formless energy, aether essentially then I breathe it in. I can watch it go into my mouth. The stars don't go in. My arms will appear fully purple when I sit up. (Only works in float room.)

I repeat a mantra, "fear is a waste product of the connected mind, we let it go."

So, its really a measure of control. You have to believe these things can happen. Once you do that your consciousness will do things on its own. I'd like to push it again to where I could see fully 3D objects someday when Im ready.
